Interestingly, there is an article in the News this morning about the art scene as well. I find it unfortunate that such a positive article is put out today about Detroit photographers on the same day that quite a negative article is put out in regards to the art scene in general. Is this a Detroit-specific problem, or is this a broader issue effecting cities everywhere (other than NY and LA)?
